Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Avalon Nails & Head Spa provides professional nail care, spa treatments, head spa services, eyelash extensions, facial treatments, waxing services, and hair services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Appointments and Bookings
Scheduling
- Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
- We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time
- Walk-ins are welcome based on availability
Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment for future appointments
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time to accommodate other clients
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time services are rendered
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Gift certificates and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions
- All sales are final; we do not provide refunds for completed services
Health and Safety
Important: Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may pose a health risk.
- We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
- All tools and equipment are properly sanitized between clients
- Single-use items are disposed of after each client
- Clients with contagious conditions or infections will be politely asked to reschedule
Client Responsibilities
As a client of Avalon Nails & Head Spa, you agree to:
- Provide accurate health information and disclose any relevant medical conditions
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Treat our staff and other clients with respect and courtesy
- Follow aftercare instructions provided by our technicians
- Inform us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions during or after treatment
- Supervise children at all times while on our premises
Liability and Disclaimers
Service Results
While we strive for excellence in all our services, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and are not responsible for:
- Natural variations in nail growth, skin type, or hair texture
- Allergic reactions to products (when proper disclosure was not provided by the client)
- Damage resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions
- Results affected by pre-existing nail or skin conditions
Personal Belongings
Avalon Nails & Head Spa is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto our premises. Please keep valuables secured at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avalon Nails & Head Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Photography and Social Media
We may photograph services and results for promotional purposes. By using our services, you consent to such photography unless you expressly opt out. We respect your privacy and will not use identifiable images without your explicit permission.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
- By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive appointment reminders and promotional messages
- Message frequency varies; standard message and data rates apply
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or OUT
- For help, reply HELP or contact us directly
Gift Certificates and Promotions
- Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Gift certificates must be presented at time of service
- Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated
- Promotional terms and expiration dates will be clearly communicated
Conduct and Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who:
- Behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or threatening manner
- Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Violates our policies or these Terms of Service
- Engages in harassment of staff or other clients
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and promotional materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Avalon Nails & Head Spa and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
